The Courtyards

Dvorišta (The Courtyards) is a summer project we organize with the goal of providing access to the courtyards of Zagreb’s Upper town, spaces that are usually closed to the public.
During the project, these Upper Town courtyards are transformed into unique spaces for relaxation, where visitors can enjoy drinks, food, and live music performances. At the same time, visitors have the opportunity to explore the courtyards’ history, architecture, and cultural significance.
By opening these hidden spaces, the project creates new cultural experiences, strengthens Zagreb’s cultural dynamics, and offers visitors a unique experience in the heart of the Upper Town.
