IBM THINK Marketing 2017
The topic of the event held in Oris – House of Architecture was the presentation of tools enabling additional bonding with users and comprehension of daily business needs. IBM’s tools, mostly based on Watson technology, are directed towards advancing operations by mastering possibilities offered by the digital era marketing. Svetlana Stavreva opened the event, followed by two lectures from Slovenian IBM colleagues, while Ivan Delić from the Croatian IBM office presented the user experience in digital transformation. The event concluded with a roundtable discussing How to be Noticed in the Digital Era?, with participation from Ivana Galić Baksa of Nova TV, Josip Begić of Bellabeat and Morana Fundurić of the Zagreb Faculty of Economics.
